Description

In "Coding for Rising Star: Year 1 (Ages 4-5)," children will begin their first coding adventure using Logo, a fun, easy-to-learn programming language. Through playful activities, kids will learn basic coding concepts such as commands, loops, and directions while guiding a turtle on the screen to draw shapes and patterns. The course encourages creativity, problem-solving, and logical thinking in a friendly and interactive environment. With simple commands and visual feedback, young learners gain confidence as they see their code come to life. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and imagination!

How to prepare for the lesson

Set up a quiet, well-lit room with minimal distractions. Ensure the background is clutter-free for better focus during lessons. Use a comfortable chair and desk, and check that your device is fully charged or plugged in. Test the sound quality with headphones or speakers, ensuring your child can hear the instructor. Having a stable internet connection is essential for smooth participation. Lastly, keep necessary materials like a mouse or stylus (digital pen) nearby for easy access during coding activities.
